PMC9-CNCR CONTROL SYSTEM
Not quite ready for a CNC upgrade? The PMC9-CNCR package gives modern PLC technology to control the machine functions for enhanced standard operation, with an easy path to add CNC in the future!
The PMC9-CNCR package contains the same computing power hardware as our full-blown CNC systems, yet sells for the price of a PLC system. The base packaging allows for adding up to four CNC axes in the future without major wiring changes or mounting of new panels.
The software package is based on the same system we use for CNC, so upgrading to CNC later will not change the operator interface.
The system includes an encoder on the main feed shaft of the machine that provides feedback for the machine cycle – allowing easy settings to turn on or off various features based on the cam position of the machine.
A PC front-end is built in this system to provide easy connectivity for shop floor management and networking. Remote diagnostic capability is standard, allowing us to help you remotely with technical support.
